If you’re planning to attend SVC 2025 but need some extra time, complete this form and we’ll reserve your place. We’ll issue an invoice based on the number of tickets you request. This ensures you won’t miss out before registrations close.

By submitting this form, you are confirming your intention to attend SVC 2025 and agree to be invoiced for the total number of tickets requested.

Once the invoice has been issued, full payment is required by the due date listed on the invoice. Please note that tickets will not be confirmed until payment is received. If you are unable to attend after an invoice has been issued, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees where appropriate. This process is designed to give you a little extra time to finalise payment while still securing your place before registrations close.

Please also note that while we will make every effort to meet accessibility and dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee this for attendees requesting invoice-based extensions submitted after the registration deadline.
