Which Shipping Option Should I Pick?
We offer three simple shipping options. Please choose carefully to help us get your order to you smoothly and sustainably.
1. Untracked Letter (Small Orders)
Ideal for small, flat items like: 1–2 pins, 1 lanyard, and/or 1 pen pack. This option keeps postage costs low, but does not include tracking. This option is free for members.
2. Medium or Large Recycled/Reused Mailers
Choose one of these if your order includes: multiple pen packs or lanyards, a scarf, and/or bulk items.
Orders are packed using recycled and/or reused packaging wherever possible, because student voice and sustainability go hand in hand.
If you accidentally select the wrong shipping option, don’t worry. We’ll email you to adjust your shipping and send payment details. But as a small volunteer-run not-for-profit, incorrect selections do impact us, so we appreciate your care in choosing the right option.

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually packed and posted within 2–4 business days of purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Please allow additional time (up to 10 business days) for delivery depending on your selected shipping option and location.
Please note: Scarves are now available for pre-order. They will not be shipped before mid-July 2025. Any items ordered with a scarf will also be shipped on this date and cannot be split once your order has been placed.
