2025 National Student Voice Awards

Each year, we celebrate outstanding practice in student voice, agency, advocacy, and partnerships through our National Student Voice Awards. These awards highlight the people and projects making a real difference, where students are not only heard, but empowered to lead.

This page showcases our finalists and winners from across Australia: students, schools, and organisations who are driving change, strengthening communities, and shaping education systems from the ground up.

From peer-led summits and climate action campaigns to cross-sector partnerships and youth-led policy reform, these stories offer inspiration and practical insight into what student empowerment looks like in action.

2026 National Student Voice Awards

In 2026, the Australian Council for Student Voice will expand its National Student Voice Awards to further recognise the depth and diversity of student-led change. Alongside our two established categories (the Student Voice Impact Award and the Partnership for Change Award) we’re excited to introduce a new category: the Student Changemaker Award, celebrating an individual student who has embodied the spirit of the Australian Framework for Student Empowerment, putting voice, agency, advocacy, and partnerships into action to drive meaningful change.

Nominations for the 2026 awards will open in early 2026. For further information, please contact: awards@studentvoice.org.au.
