1. Introduction

ReConnectEd is a publication of the Australian Council for Student Voice Ltd. (ACN 672 202 078). This statement outlines the terms and conditions under which the content in ReConnectEd may be accessed, used, and reused in alignment with our Open Access Policy.

2. Definitions

  • ACSV, we, us, or our: Refers to the Australian Council for Student Voice Ltd., including the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, editorial team, and other authorised representatives.

  • You, reader: Refers to any person accessing or using ReConnectEd content.

  • ReConnectEd: Refers to the ReConnectEd publication (ISSN 2653-844X) in any print or digital format, including content accessed via www.studentvoice.org.au and associated platforms.

  • Digital platforms: Includes the ReConnectEd website and any online services operated by ACSV.

3. Commitment to Open Access

ACSV is committed to the open and equitable sharing of knowledge. ReConnectEd is provided under ACSV’s Open Access Policy, which enables free and non-commercial access to published work in the spirit of collective learning and public good.

You may:

  • Share and distribute content from ReConnectEd for educational or non-commercial purposes.

  • Adapt or build upon the work, provided appropriate credit is given and the original context is respected.

Conditions include:

  • You must credit both the original author(s) and the Australian Council for Student Voice.

  • You must indicate if changes were made and ensure your use does not misrepresent the original work.

  • You may not use the content for commercial purposes, or for purposes such as AI training, unless explicit written permission is obtained.

  • Use of ACSV logos, photographs, design elements, or third-party content is not permitted without prior consent.

4. Submission and Review

  • All submissions undergo a review process, including editorial screening and (where appropriate) peer review by reviewers with relevant expertise.

  • The editorial team may edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the publication’s tone and standards, unless negotiated otherwise.

  • ACSV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the content provided.

5. Disclaimer and Responsibility

  • Views expressed by contributors are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of ACSV, its Board, or Editorial Committee.

  • Readers are responsible for evaluating the relevance and reliability of the material for their own contexts.

6. Access and Data

  • Access to ReConnectEd is offered at the discretion of ACSV and may be suspended or revoked at any time.

  • Any data collected during access is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
