Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dear Member,
On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to invite you to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Australian Council for Student Voice Ltd. (ACSV) (ACN 672 202 078) which will take place on Friday, 30 May 2025 at 05:30 PM (AEST) at the Percy Baxter Lecture Theatre, Deakin Waterfront Campus, 1 Gheringhap St, Geelong VIC 3220.
This year’s meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting, giving our members from across the country the opportunity to participate in the meeting both virtually and in-person.
Details on how to attend and participate, and the resolutions being put to Members are set out in the enclosed Notice of Meeting for the AGM. The meeting will cover the items of business set out in the enclosed notice of meeting with additional information in the explanatory notes accompanying and forming part of the notice of meeting. You are encouraged to submit votes and ask questions ahead of the meeting.
At the meeting I will comment briefly on the activities and performance of the Council during the last year. A more detailed overview of our work will be provided in the Council’s 2024 Community Report, which will be provided to you shortly and be made available on our website.
If you are able to attend the meeting, please RSVP prior to 11:00 AM (AEST), Friday, 23 May 2025 via the Member Hub. You will need your member number, which has been provided in a separate email.
