2025 Annual General Meeting

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Australian Council for Student Voice Ltd. will be held at 5:30pm AEST on Friday, 30 May 2025 as a hybrid meeting.

On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to invite eligible Members to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Australian Council for Student Voice Ltd. (ACSV) (ACN 672 202 078), which will take place on Friday, 30 May 2025 at 5:30 PM (AEST) at the Percy Baxter Lecture Theatre, Deakin Waterfront Campus, 1 Gheringhap St, Geelong VIC 3220.

This year’s meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting, giving our members from across the country the opportunity to participate both virtually and in-person.

Details on how to attend and participate, as well as the resolutions being put to members, are set out in the Notice of Meeting. The meeting will cover the items of business outlined in the notice, with additional information provided in the accompanying explanatory notes. You are encouraged to submit your votes and any questions in advance of the meeting.

If you are able to attend the meeting, please RSVP by 11:00am (AEST), Friday, 23 May 2025 via the Member Hub. If you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to submit a proxy vote through the same platform. You will need your member number, which has been provided to you in a separate email.
